Sunnyside Recycled Plastic Plate - Set of Two - Pink

The Sunnyside plates are made from 100% recycled plastic lids that were originally destined for landfill.

These plates are manufactured by Defy Design in Sydney, using a process called injection moulding where the recycled plastic is melted and injected into a mould as a 'shot'. This process has allowed me to redesign the Sunnyside plate so that it is slimmer, lighter and very refined. It also creates the variation in colour and the lovely marbled pattern that makes each plate unique!

Please note: variations of colour will occur, even in plates of the 'same' colour. 

These plates are designed to be hardy and easy to care for, and have been rigourously road-tested in my home where they are a favourite of my two-year old son. To wash, simply rinse with warm water. Do not use water that is too hot, and avoid using in dishwashers and microwaves as this may warp the plastic.

Plates measure approximately 21cm in diameter.
