Fermented Mandarin and Habenero Hot Sauce
The weather is wonderfully fresh now, so get warm by the fire of this bottle 'o sauce. Starts sweet and finishes with the heat of the wonderful Habañero. Not too hot that you can't smother everything in it's glory, but it definitely has a nice kick to it.
We ferment it, then bottle it so this sauce is raw and will continue to develop its flavours if left out of the fridge. This is what we like to do. Enjoy the journey.
