Black Cockatoo Earrings

I just wrote a really great description for these and then accidentally refreshed the page... *sigh*

Here we go again....

There are 5 different kinds of Black Cockatoos! They're friendly but also a bit cheeky. I'm not a Black Cockatoo expert but if you're looking for one Erika Roper is the person to chat to!

These earrings are printed and laser cut from FSC certified 3mm ply wood and are very light weight. Earring posts are surgical stainless steel.

Inspired by nature and Australian wildlife, Philippas’ naive-style, hand painted designs are translated into clothing, fabrics, scarves and iconic wooden earrings and brooches. 

Philippa was a maker from a young age, creating and selling alongside her Mum at local craft markets. She studied a Diploma of Fashion Design and Technology at TAFE and an Advanced Diploma of Design at Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts.
