This is a product if you have selected New Zealand shipping but you're in another country and you need to pay the balance of shipping to where ever you are in the world!
We're very happy to send it to you, there are no refunds or returns on international orders.
Your order will be sent as an 'Australia Post: International Standard', which has tracking but no signature on delivery.
If you want express shipping or a signature on delivery please let us know, as this will incur extra charges.
All international sales are final and as we're a tiny shop and just don't have the capacity to follow up with any postage issues you might have once the order has left the shop.
