This is the third year Ultra Culture has made this amazing, seasonal sauce with the organic, locally grown feijoas we source direct from our community. The base of this baby is our very own feijoa vinegar. 360 degrees of feijoa, baby.

Flavours: Floral notes equipped with a good hit of jalapeño. Not too sweet, not too sour. Just top notch flavour 

Pairing: Roast red meat, grilled fish or atop a pea and mint risotto
